Why is this card good?

Access Tunnel is a colorless land that quietly enables your evasion plans without costing a card slot. The big draw is that it taps for mana on its own, so the unblockable ability is essentially "free" upside on a land you'd run anyway. Where it shines is decks built around small, high-impact creatures. Think voltron with cheap commanders carrying equipment/auras (Slimefoot? No—more like Yargle decks where power matters, but the cap is 3), or creatures with combat-damage triggers: Cold-Eyed Selkie, Edric, ninjutsu enablers, or anything that wants connecting (poison/infect being a notable fit since infect creatures often have power 3 or less). The catch is the power-3-or-less restriction and the steep {3} activation cost. It does nothing for big beaters, and if you pump your creature past 3 power you lose the targeting window. The slow, mana-intensive activation also makes it weak in fast or competitive pods. Skip it in token swarm, ramp, or any deck without a key small attacker to push through.
