Why is this card good?
Azusa is a ramp engine in a body: three lands a turn snowballs hard, especially when you can refill your hand with green's card advantage. The extra land drops mean every draw step is potential ramp, and she enables explosive starts that leave you turns ahead on mana.
Where she shines: As a commander, she pairs beautifully with landfall (Tatyova, Lord Windgrace, Omnath) and land-based payoffs like Scapeshift, Field of the Dead, Ramunap Excavator, and Crucible of Worlds. In the 99, she's an auto-include in lands-matter decks and a fine ramp piece in any green build that draws lots of cards.
Synergy notes: She wants Exploration/Burgeoning effects, fetch-and-recur loops, and ways to draw extra lands (Courser, Oracle of Mul Daya). Without those, you'll often have only one land in hand and waste her text.
When to skip: Don't run her in low-land, spell-heavy decks or anything that doesn't reliably stock lands. She's a do-nothing 1/2 if your hand is dry — she enables ramp, she doesn't generate it.
