Why is this card good?

Bender's Waterskin is a souped-up mana rock that quietly fixes colors and gives you mana on everyone else's turn. That second part is the whole sell — most rocks tap once per turn cycle, but this untaps four times in a four-player game (once per untap step), effectively turning it into ramp you can spend during interactive windows. That makes it excellent in instant-speed / flash decks, counterspell-heavy control, and any deck wanting to leave mana up for removal or protection. It's also great in politically interactive builds that respond on opponents' turns. The any-color fixing means it slots into every multicolor deck regardless of identity. The catch: if you're just tapping it on your own turn for ramp, it's a slow, overcosted Manalith — you're paying a premium for off-turn mana you won't use. Don't run it in proactive go-wide, ramp-into-bombs, or low-interaction decks that dump their hand on their own turn. Reactive decks love it; tap-out decks should pass.
