Why is this card good?
Champion of Lambholt is a snowball threat that turns wide boards into unblockable alpha strikes. Every creature that enters grows her, and once her power climbs past your opponents' blockers, your entire team becomes unblockable — not just her. That's a wrath-insurance win condition that a single removal spell can't fully answer once you've swung.
Where she shines:
- Tokens decks — Rhys, Ghave, Jetmir, Tana — where you flood the board and she balloons several counters per turn.
- +1/+1 counter decks that already want a big anthem-style payoff.
- Any green creature-heavy build wanting a reliable "you can't block" finisher to close games.
She's strongest going wide, since each ETB is a counter and each blocker she outsizes opens the lane.
When to skip her: voltron or spellslinger decks with few creatures barely grow her. She's also a removal magnet — opponents kill her on sight — so don't rely on her alone without a backup plan or protection. Niche outside token/go-wide shells.
