Why is this card good?

Deathcap Glade is one of the better dual lands for any Golgari (BG) deck, and the reason is simple: it almost never enters tapped. By turn 3 — when you control two or more other lands — it comes in untapped, which means it functions as an effective Overgrown Tomb without the life loss. Early game it might come in tapped, but that's usually the least painful turn for a tapped land anyway. This is glue for any black-green deck: graveyard/reanimator, +1/+1 counters, aristocrats, sacrifice, elves, and Golgari midrange all want clean, untapped mana with no shock or life cost. It's strictly fixing, so it goes in essentially every two-color BG list and the BG portion of three+ color decks. When not to play it: only if you're running so few lands that the "two other lands" condition reliably fails, or in heavily untapped-mana-dependent cEDH builds where fetchable duals (Bayou, shocks) and untapped surety matter more. Otherwise, an easy include.
