Why is this card good?

A criminally underrated mana rock that does two things you actually want at once. The headline is the rainbow mana: this is functionally a colorless Fellwar Stone that always works, fixing any color in any deck. At three mana that's slightly clunky compared to a Signet or Talisman, but the upside is real. The no-maximum-hand-size clause is the kicker. In draw-heavy decks — Niv-Mizzet, Wizards spellslinger, big blue control, or anything packing wheels and card-advantage engines — discarding to seven is a genuine tax. This quietly removes it while still ramping you. It's also a strong include in group hug or Nekusar-style "everyone draws" builds where you're hoarding cards. Want it in: five-color/WUBRG decks needing fixing, and any deck that overdraws. Skip it if: your deck is two colors with easy fixing and a normal hand size — a Signet ramps faster and the hand-size clause does nothing. It's a synergy rock, not a generic staple.
