Why is this card good?
Dimir Aqueduct is one of the karoo/"bounce" lands, and it's solid mana-fixing for any Dimir-aligned deck. The big upside: tapping for two mana of two colors means it effectively ramps you a mana while fixing colors. That's genuinely valuable in a format where casting double-pipped spells (think Consuming Aberration, Yuriko triggers, counterspell-heavy control) matters.
The catch is the tempo cost: it enters tapped AND bounces a land, so the turn you play it you're effectively down. It also plays poorly with land-drop-dependent strategies and is a brutal target for land destruction or Strip Mine effects, since you lose two lands at once.
Play it in: Dimir control, Yuriko, mill, or any two-color deck wanting cheap dual fixing on a budget. It also synergizes with landfall (replaying the bounced land) and effects like Retreat to Coralhelm.
Skip it in: fast/cEDH lists where the tapped-land tempo loss is unacceptable, or three-plus color decks with better duals available.
