Why is this card good?
Eladamri's Call is one of the best instant-speed creature tutors in the format, and it's dirt cheap to cast at just two mana. The key word is instant — you can hold it up, react to what your opponents do, and grab the perfect answer or combo piece at the end of someone's turn or in response to a threat.
Any GW (or Bant, Naya, Abzan, five-color) deck that leans on specific creatures wants this. It shines in:
- Combo decks fetching pieces like Karmic Guide, Reveillark, or Persist enablers.
- Toolbox creature decks with silver-bullet creatures (Reclamation Sage, Linvala, etc.).
- Commander-reliant builds that recur the same key creature for value.
The downside: it only puts the card in hand, not the battlefield, so you still pay full mana next turn. That makes it slower than something like Chord of Calling for closing games.
Skip it in decks light on creatures or those wanting board impact immediately — but in any creature-centric green-white shell, it's nearly an auto-include.
