Why is this card good?
Jetmir's Garden is a Naya triome — a triple-typed land that fixes all three of its colors while carrying real upside for the format.
The big draw is the basic land types: Mountain, Forest, and Plains. That means it's fetchable by Farseek, Nature's Lore, Three Visits, and the various fetchlands, so it improves your whole mana base's consistency, not just one slot. Cycling for 
also keeps it from being a dead draw late or when you're flooded — a small but meaningful flexibility tax-payers love.
It belongs in essentially any three-color (or four/five-color) deck that touches Naya colors and runs ramp that searches for basic types — which is most of them. Tokens, +1/+1 counters, big-mana stompy, and Naya goodstuff all want it.
Don't play it if your manabase is fast/competitive and can't afford a tapland — cEDH decks usually skip triomes for untapped duals and fetches. Otherwise, it's an easy include.
