Why is this card good?
Mesa Enchantress is one of the core engine pieces for white enchantment decks, alongside Enchantress's Presence, Argothian Enchantress, and Sram. Each enchantment you cast refunds you a card, and in a dedicated build you're chaining auras, pillowfort enchantments, and value permanents that quickly snowball the engine into 3-5 cards per turn.
She's a staple in enchantress/enchantress-go-wide decks led by commanders like Sythis, Tuvasa, Estrid, or Eutropia, and in any GW/Bant pillowfort or auras-voltron shell. The redundancy matters — running multiple "draw on enchantment cast" effects is what makes these decks tick, since whiffing on one means you're behind.
Don't play her outside dedicated enchantment decks. With only a handful of enchantments she's a vanilla 0/2 that does nothing, and she's fragile to any removal or board wipe. You want 25+ enchantments and ideally protection or recursion before she earns her slot. In stax or aggressive lists, skip her entirely.
