Why is this card good?
Myriad Landscape is one of the best ramp lands in the format, and the EDHREC rank reflects it. The key is efficiency: for plus the land, you fetch two basics directly onto the battlefield, netting you a land and effectively ramping hard while thinning your deck. That's a strong tempo play in any deck running enough basics of a shared type.
Who wants it: Two- and three-color decks (or mono-color) that lean on basics — it shines best when you can grab two of the same type. Green ramp decks, big-mana strategies, and Landfall builds love getting two land drops at once.
When to skip it: Three-plus color decks with few basics, or heavy nonbasic/shockland manabases, since it can only fetch basics of a shared type — fetch two Plains, two Forests, etc. It also enters tapped and the activation is mid-game, so fast/cEDH decks usually want untapped, immediately-useful lands instead.
