Why is this card good?
Raugrin Triome is a quietly excellent fixing land for any Jeskai (URW) deck. Its real value comes from the three basic land types — Island, Mountain, Plains — which let it be fetched by Fabled Passage, Prismatic Vista, Flooded Strand, Arid Mesa and every relevant fetchland. That makes it function like a tutorable triple-color source, which is hard to overstate in three-color manabases.
The cycling for 
is the other selling point: in the late game when you've hit your land drops, a Triome stops being a dead draw and becomes a fresh card. That flexibility is why it's a staple over straight "tapland" duals.
The only real downside is that it always enters tapped, which matters in fast, low-curve, or cEDH-adjacent decks where a turn of tempo is costly. If your deck is hyper-aggressive or runs few fetches, you may prefer untapped duals. Otherwise, in basically any Jeskai commander deck, this is an auto-include.
