Why is this card good?
Urza's Mine is part of the classic "Tron" land trio (Mine, Power-Plant, Tower) that famously ramps you toward massive colorless mana in 60-card formats. In Commander, though, the math works very differently, and you should be skeptical.
The problem is consistency. Singleton means you run exactly one copy of each piece, so assembling all three is unreliable without heavy tutoring. Until you have the full set, each Tron land taps for a single colorless — strictly worse than a basic, since it produces no colored mana and is vulnerable to land hate.
Who wants it: Mono-colored or colorless decks built specifically around the Tron package, often with Expedition Map, Crop Rotation, or Sylvan Scrying to fetch pieces and Eldrazi/big-mana payoffs to dump the mana into. Karn, Kozilek, and Ulamog-style ramp shells are the natural home.
Skip it in any multicolor deck or any build that won't actively tutor the set together — you're just playing colorless lands that do nothing alone.
