Why is this card good?
A premium fixing land for Jund decks. Ziatora's Proving Ground is one of the Streets of New Capenna "tricome" cycle—a triple-typed land that taps for all three colors of your wedge while carrying both basic land types (Swamp, Mountain, Forest). That typing matters: it fetches off cycle ramp like Cultivate, Farseek, Skyshroud Claim, and crucially is found by fetchlands like Verdant Catacombs and Wooded Foothills.
The real upside is flexibility on a budget. Early game it fixes; in the late game when you've already hit your lands and don't want another tapped one, cycling for 
turns it into a fresh card. That removes the biggest downside of "enters tapped" lands—flooding.
Who wants it: any three-color BRG deck—Prosper, Korvold, Ziatora herself, Lord Windgrace, sacrifice/aristocrats Jund builds. It's a near-auto-include in those manabases.
