When April O'Neil enters, scry 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom and the rest on top in any order.)
April O'Neil can't be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater.
April is a cheap mono-white evasive threat that slips past big blockers, making her an ideal commander damage carrier and a reliable trigger for combat-damage payoffs. Drop her early, suit her up with equipment and protective auras, and chip in repeatedly while leaning on white's recursion and stax pieces to grind opponents out. Alternatively, treat her as an unblockable shell for ninjutsu and 'whenever a creature deals combat damage' effects.
Add stronger white card advantage and ramp like Smothering Tithe, Esper Sentinel, and Land Tax to fight the color's weaknesses. Tighten the equipment suite with efficient, evasion-amplifying gear (Shadowspear, Embercleave-style trample, Sword of X and Y for protection) and add Sigarda's Aid plus Puresteel Paladin for free attaches. Finally, slot mono-white wraths you can survive (Cataclysmic Gideon, Tragic Arrogance) and protection like Teferi's Protection so a single board wipe doesn't reset your Voltron plan.
