Gameplan

Bjorna turns a stream of artifacts into repeatable pings and goad triggers, forcing opponents' creatures to crash into each other while you sit back and develop. You build an artifact engine (Treasure, Clues, tokens) so each turn you can tap Bjorna to weaken a creature and send it at a rival, then close with a goad-based political game or an artifact/spellslinger payoff. With Friends forever you pair Bjorna with a second commander to add a real win engine or extra value.

• Goldspan Dragon — Generates fat Treasures that double as Bjorna sac fuel and ramp toward bigger plays.
• Trading Post — Lets you crank out 0/1 Goat artifact tokens to feed Bjorna's ability every turn.
• Thopter Foundry — Combined with Sword of the Meek, it manufactures an endless line of artifact tokens to sacrifice.
• Disciple of the Vault — Turns every sacrificed artifact into life loss, converting your engine into a kill condition.

Upgrade Path

Add untap enablers like Thousand-Year Elixir, Aggravated Assault, or Magewright's Stone so Bjorna can ping and goad multiple times per turn. Build a tighter artifact-token loop (Thopter Foundry/Sword of the Meek, Krark-Clan Ironworks, Trading Post) paired with Disciple of the Vault, Mechanized Production, or Marionette Master to convert the engine into a fast kill. Finally, choose a Friends forever partner that supplies a clear win line—reanimation, extra combat, or storm—since Bjorna alone is a control shell rather than a closer.
