When Bonny Pall enters, create Beau, a legendary blue Ox creature token with "Beau's power and toughness are each equal to the number of lands you control."

Whenever you attack, draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield.

Gameplan

Ramp into a big mana engine, drop Bonny Pall to create Beau (a creature whose size scales with your land count), then attack each turn to draw cards and ramp lands directly onto the battlefield. You snowball land advantage into massive Beau beats and overwhelming card draw, eventually closing with a giant attacker or a lands-matter payoff.

Strengths

  • Built-in card advantage and free land drops every combat keeps you ahead on resources
  • Beau becomes a huge, hexproof-able beater that scales naturally with your land-heavy deck
  • Reach plus a big body makes Bonny Pall a solid blocker and attacker
  • Synergizes with the strongest archetype in the format (lands matter) in efficient GU colors
  • The attack trigger fires even if Bonny Pall stays home, just needs any attacker

Weaknesses

  • Six mana and the payoff requires you to survive a combat step to get value
  • Beau dies easily to a board wipe and resets your scaling threat
  • No built-in evasion or protection, so you can get chump-blocked or removed
  • Light on interaction in GU; vulnerable to combo and fast decks
  • Removing Bonny Pall shuts off the draw-and-ramp engine entirely

Upgrade Path

Add more landfall doublers and recursion like Crucible of Worlds, Ramunap Excavator, and fetchlands to maximize free land drops each attack. Tighten the curve with efficient ramp (Three Visits, Nature's Lore) and add protection for Bonny Pall such as Heroic Intervention and Lightning Greaves. For higher power, lean into a faster win with Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or a Scute Swarm/Field of the Dead engine plus counterspells to protect your engine.
