Gameplan

Cast Phyrexian and artifact creatures to flood the board with Incubator tokens, then transform them into a growing army of Phyrexian bodies. Sacrifice and recur those Phyrexians to trigger proliferate each turn, snowballing +1/+1 counters across your board and enabling an aristocrats/go-wide assault that overwhelms the table.

Upgrade Path

Lean harder into cheap Phyrexians and artifact creatures so every cast triggers incubate, and add proliferate doublers like Elesh Norn and Roaring Earth-style payoffs. Tighten the aristocrats package (Pitiless Plunderer, Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, free sac outlets like Viscera Seer) to guarantee the death trigger and convert bodies to value. Round out with efficient BW removal, a reanimation suite, and protection like Teferi's Protection to survive the board wipes that prey on this strategy.
