Gameplan
Cynette anchors a mono-blue flyers/tempo deck: she makes a Jellyfish on entry and death, and pumps your entire airforce with a +1/+1 anthem. You flood the board with cheap fliers and tokens, buff them under Cynette's anthem, and chip away in the air while holding up counterspells and bounce to protect the swing.
Strengths
- Built-in anthem makes evasive token strategies hit far harder
- Mono-blue gives access to the best counterspells, card draw, and protection
- Generates value on both ETB and death, so removal still nets you a body
- Wide flying boards close games fast and dodge most ground blockers
Weaknesses
- Anthem effect dies with Cynette, leaving a fragile board if she's removed repeatedly
- Mono-blue struggles with enchantment/artifact hate and lacks efficient creature removal
- Wrath effects punish the go-wide flyers plan hard
- Wizard tribe and flyers are creature-dependent, so board wipes set you back badly

Add more redundant flying anthems (Favorable Winds, Empyrean Eagle, Intangible Virtue for tokens) and consistent token engines like Talrand and Murmuring Mystic. Lean into protection with Heroic counterspells, Swiftfoot Boots, and Teferi-style tax effects so Cynette survives, and include a recursion piece or two since her death trigger gives value. Top end with Cyclonic Rift and a finisher like Coastal Piracy for card advantage off your evasive swings.
