Cards in graveyards can't be the targets of spells or abilities.
Disturb (You may cast this card from your graveyard transformed for its disturb cost.)
Flying
Whenever one or more creature cards are put into graveyards from anywhere, investigate. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Create a Clue token. It's an artifact with ", Sacrifice this token: Draw a card.")
If Dennick would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
Dennick is a cheap UW value engine that turns creature deaths into Clue tokens, fueling card advantage while you grind out the game with lifelink and graveyard hate. You deploy Dennick early, churn through Clues for cards and artifact synergies, and close out with incremental value, fliers, or an artifact/token payoff. Disturb lets him recur as a flier even after dying, so he's hard to permanently remove.
Lean into artifact-token doublers (Anointed Procession, Academy Manufactor, Mirkwood Bats) and efficient sacrifice outlets to convert Clues and creatures into a real engine. Add strong UW interaction (Swords to Plowshares, Counterspell, Cyclonic Rift) and fast mana rocks to keep the two-mana commander ahead on tempo. Finally, pick a dedicated closer—an artifact combo, a token overrun, or an Aetherflux/Approach-style payoff—so your value engine actually ends games.
