Dromar is a tempo-control commander that grinds the board to nothing while protecting itself. Spend the early game stalling with removal and wraths, deploy Dromar, and connect for combat damage to trigger mass bounce of a chosen color, repeatedly resetting opponents' boards while you rebuild faster. Win slowly through Esper card advantage, control, and a few finishers.
Add more unblockable enablers (Trailblazer's Boots, Aqueous Form) and untap effects so the trigger fires every turn reliably. Lean into fast mana (Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, mana rocks) and premium interaction (Swords to Plowshares, Counterspell, mana drains) to land Dromar ahead of schedule. Top-end can shift toward a control-combo finish with Teferi's Protection for protection and a compact wincon like Thassa's Oracle or a craterhoof-style alpha-strike alternative.
