The Commander

When Edgar dies, return it to the battlefield transformed under its owner's control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 white and black Vampire creature token with lifelink and put a bloodline counter on Edgar Markov's Coffin. Then if there are three or more bloodline counters on it, remove those counters and transform it.

Gameplan
Flood the board with Vampires while Edgar anchors them with a +1/+1 anthem. When Edgar dies he flips to a Coffin that pumps out lifelinking tokens every upkeep, then flips back into a buffed Edgar after three turns, giving you relentless recursion. Win by going wide with pumped, lifelinking Vampires and finishing through anthems, sacrifice payoffs, or aristocrat drains.
Strengths

Tighten the mana with Orzhov fixing, fast rocks (Arcane Signet, Fellwar Stone), and tutors such as Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor to find Skullclamp or your finisher. Lean into Edgar's resilience with reanimation and recursion (Phyrexian Reclamation, Dance of the Dead) so wraths only set you back temporarily.
