Elsha of the Infinite

Gameplan

Elsha lets you play off the top of your library, casting noncreature spells (including artifacts and planeswalkers) at instant speed. You assemble a high-density artifact and spell engine, chain card advantage and rituals, and either combo off or build an unstoppable board state. Many builds turn Elsha into a Sensei's Divining Top loop engine that filters and casts your whole deck.

Key Cards

• Sensei's Divining Top — Lets you rearrange and draw the top card, smoothing every activation of Elsha's ability.
• Etali, Primal Conqueror — Pairs with top-deck manipulation for huge free spells, though the core engine wants cheap noncreature filtering.
• Aetherflux Reservoir — Storm-style payoff that ends the game once you chain enough spells off the top.
• Mind Over Matter — Combos with Temple Bell or card draw to loop your entire library.
• Jeska's Will — Explosive ritual that fuels casting multiple spells from the top in a single turn.
• Dramatic Reversal — With nonland mana rocks it generates infinite mana to cast your whole deck.

Upgrade Path

Add cost reducers like Helm of Awakening, Jhoira's Familiar, and Cloud Key to chain more spells per turn, plus fast mana (Mana Crypt, Mox Diamond, Jeweled Lotus) to deploy Elsha early. Tighten the combo package around Aetherflux Reservoir or Dramatic Reversal and back it with protection like Silence, Veil of Summer, and Swan Song. Lean into Sensei's Divining Top and Mystic Forge effects to maximize free spells off the top.
