Gameplan
Gandalf, White Rider is a mono-white spellslinger-aggro hybrid: flood the board with creatures, then cast cheap spells to pump the team and scry into more gas. Each spell cast turns your board into a bigger threat, so you chain low-cost cantrips, removal, and equipment to swing for lethal. The death trigger lets you recur him after sacrifice or trades.
Strengths

Improve mono-white's weaknesses with card-draw engines (Welcoming Vampire, Sram, Esper Sentinel) and ramp via Smothering Tithe and mana rocks. Add protection and anthem effects so a single board wipe doesn't end your game.
