
Whenever High Perfect Morcant or another Elf you control enters, each opponent blights 1. (They each put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control.)
Tap three untapped Elves you control: Proliferate. Activate only as a sorcery. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Flood the board with Elves to grind opponents' creatures down with repeated blight triggers, then use the tap-three-Elves proliferate ability to multiply those -1/-1 counters into board-wide removal. You ramp hard with Elf mana-dorks, build a wide army, and either swing for lethal or proliferate counters until opponents have no blockers left.
Add fast Elf ramp (Priest of Titania, Heritage Druid, Wirewood Symbiote) and proliferate enablers to make the activated ability reliable each turn. Lean into a -1/-1 counter package (Black Sun's Zenith, Hapatra, Crumbling Ashes) so blight plus proliferate becomes true repeatable removal, and finish with Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation. Round out with protection and recursion like Heroic Intervention and Cabal Coffers-fueled mana to survive board wipes and rebuild.
