Flash (You may cast this spell any time you could cast an instant.)
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, if Hixus entered this turn, exile that creature until Hixus leaves the battlefield. (That creature returns under its owner's control.)
Hixus is a mono-white control/pillow-fort commander who flashes in as a combat trick to exile an attacker, then pivots to grinding value through flicker effects and recurring exile. You stall the early game with removal and wraths, then turn Hixus's exile clause into a repeatable removal engine by blinking him or sacrificing and returning him to reset what's exiled. Win slowly through superior board control and a few big payoffs.
Add ramp and card advantage to patch mono-white's weaknesses—Smothering Tithe, Land Tax, Mind's Eye, and mana rocks. Build a tight blink package (Restoration Angel, Flickerwisp, Eldrazi Displacer, Conjurer's Closet) to turn Hixus into a repeatable removal engine, and commit to a decisive finisher like Approach of the Second Sun or a Felidar Sovereign so the slow game actually closes.
