Gameplan
Drop the 1-mana flyer turn one and swing in for evasive damage, using its sacrifice ability to lock a key player out of noncreature spells during a critical turn. As a colorless commander it anchors an Eldrazi/artifact ramp shell that grinds out value and beats down with big colorless threats, recasting Hope when needed to repeat the disruption.
Strengths
- One of the cheapest commanders in the format, returning early and often for repeated sacrifice value
- Evasive flyer that's hard to block and easy to connect with
- Sacrifice ability can shut down a combo or counterspell player on a pivotal turn

Weaknesses
- Tiny body that does almost nothing offensively on its own
- Colorless restriction locks you out of all the best removal, ramp, and card draw in colored decks
- The lockout only hits a single player and only noncreature spells, so it's narrow
- Commander tax makes the cheap recast loop less free than it looks

Add reliable evasion enablers (Whispersilk Cloak, Trailblazer's Boots) so the lockout fires every turn, and round out the top end with Ulamog and All Is Dust as resilient finishers.
