Gameplan

Inga Rune-Eyes is a mono-blue value engine that demands you build around her death trigger: sacrifice or trade her into a board wipe or combat where three creatures die to draw three. Until then she filters your draws with scry 3 on entry, so you reuse her with blink and recursion while grinding card advantage and protecting yourself behind counters and bounce. You win the long game by out-resourcing opponents and assembling a combo or a finisher once you're far ahead.

Strengths

  • Repeatable card advantage in mono-blue, which historically struggles for raw draw.
  • Cheap four-mana body that synergizes with blink, flicker, and reanimation to re-trigger scry 3.
