The Commander

Flying

Whenever Isperia deals combat damage to a player, choose a card name. That player reveals their hand. If a card with the chosen name is revealed this way, search your library for a creature card with flying, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Gameplan

Suit up Isperia, swing in the air, and use her combat-damage trigger as a flying-creature tutor that fills your hand with bombs while you assemble a board of evasive threats. You play a tempo-flyers midrange/control game in UW, protecting Isperia and grinding the table with card advantage and superior board states in the sky.

Tighten the tutor toolbox with high-impact flyers (Archon of Cruelty via reanimation effects aside, stick to flyers like Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, and Aven Mindcensor) and add evasion enablers like Whispersilk Cloak and Rogue's Passage to make the trigger reliable. For higher power, lean into hand-size payoffs and extra-combat effects to convert your fattened hand into immediate lethal damage.
