Gameplan
Latulla is a mono-red Spellshaper repeatable-burn engine: tap her, pay , and pitch two cards to throw X damage at anything. You build a deck that floods your hand and refills it (impulsive draw, wheels, big draw spells) so discarding two cards is cheap fuel, then point Latulla at problem creatures, planeswalkers, or faces to grind out the table.
Strengths
- Repeatable removal and reach on a stick that scales with mana, ignoring creature toughness and pinging planeswalkers or players
- Turns 'dead' or excess cards into damage, giving discard and wheel-heavy hands real value
- Mono-red consistency: easy to cast, easy to recast, and supported by huge ramp like rituals and treasures
