The Commander

Flying

Domain — Whenever Nael deals combat damage to a player, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of basic land types among lands you control. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom in a random order. Then if there are five basic land types among lands you control, draw a card.

Nael flies in early, connects for combat damage, and uses Domain to sculpt your draws while ramping toward five basic land types to draw extra cards. You play a lands-matter midrange/value deck that fixes mana aggressively with dual lands, fetches, and basic-typed duals to maximize Domain, then snowball card advantage into big threats or a value engine that buries the table.

Add evasion and protection (Rogue's Passage, Swiftfoot Boots, counterspells) so Nael keeps hitting, then layer in extra card-draw and ramp engines like Tireless Tracker, Cultivate, and Lifecrafter's Bestiary. To push higher, lean into a tight combo or X-spell payoff that the card selection can dig toward consistently.
