Gameplan
Nev is a mono-green +1/+1 counter Voltron commander that grows itself by casting big X spells. Ramp hard early, then deploy X-cost spells (especially repeatable ones) to dump counters onto Nev, who hands trample to your whole counter-heavy board. Win by swinging with a trampling, ever-growing Nev backed by anthems and counter synergies.
