Gameplan
Build a wide board of Cats, then equip Raksha to flip the team into +2/+2 double strikers and swing for lethal commander damage and tribal beats. You ramp with white sources, deploy cheap Cats and equipment, then alpha-strike once Raksha carries any piece of gear. Anthems and protection keep the team alive long enough to close fast.
Strengths
- Equip just one piece of equipment and your entire Cat board gains double strike — enormous, immediate damage output
- Mono-white gives easy access to anthems, equipment tutors, and broad removal/protection
- Vigilance lets Raksha attack and still defend, enabling aggressive yet safe play
- Cat tribal is deep enough (Regal Caracal, Felidar Sovereign, Pride Sovereign) to flood the board cheaply
Weaknesses
- Seven mana and requires equipment plus Cats — slow to come fully online
- Heavily reliant on the commander; remove Raksha and the buff/double strike evaporates
- Mono-white struggles with card advantage and lacks interaction outside combat and removal
- Board wipes devastate the go-wide plan and reset your investment

Improve mono-white card advantage with Welcoming Vampire, Skullclamp, and Esper Sentinel, and add protection via Heroic Intervention-style effects (Flawless Maneuver, Teferi's Protection) to survive wraths. Tighten the curve with cheap impactful Cats and ramp like Smothering Tithe to land Raksha and gear ahead of schedule.
