Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay . If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever another nontoken creature you control enters, you may pay . If you do, create a token that's a copy of that creature.
Riku doubles your value engines: copying every instant/sorcery and cloning creatures that enter for incremental advantage that snowballs into overwhelming board presence or a lethal spell. You ramp early, deploy Riku and a few payoffs, then chain copied spells and tokens until you bury opponents in card advantage or assemble a combo. Most games end via a doubled X-spell, a swarm of copied threats, or an infinite loop.
Lean into a tight combo package—Palinchron/Peregrine Drake plus untappers, or Dramatic Reversal with Isochron Scepter—to convert Riku's copies into game-ending loops. Add more cheap interaction (Swan Song, Counterspell, Pongify) and protection (Heroic Intervention, Lightning Greaves) to keep Riku online, and prioritize fast mana like Mana Crypt and Jeweled Lotus to outpace removal. Trim clunky value cards for low-curve enablers so you can pay Riku's copy costs every turn.
