Other creatures you control are Assassins in addition to their other types. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield.
Face-down creatures you control have menace.
Whenever a permanent you control is turned face up, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.
Roshan turns your whole board into Assassins and rewards you for flipping face-down permanents, so you flood the field with morph/disguise/manifest creatures, attack with menace-laden unknowns, and turn each unmorph into a card and a payoff trigger. You grind value by repeatedly cloaking and flipping cards while leaning on Assassin tribal synergies to close games.
Add more cheap morph/disguise/cloak enablers and ways to flip them for free (Kadena, Ghostly Pilferer, Cloakwood Hermit-style cards) to maximize Roshan's triggers, and trim do-nothing vanilla creatures. Layer in mono-black staples—Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Phyrexian Tower, and a couple of fast mana rocks—plus lifegain like Bontu's Monument or Sword of Hearth and Home to offset the life loss. For a higher ceiling, lean into Assassin's Trophy-tier interaction and a tutorable combo finish such as a Skullclamp/recursion loop or an Assassin lord alpha strike.
