Roxi is an Izzet Voltron/value commander built around the art sticker mechanic from Unfinity. You bring 10+ sticker sheets, apply art stickers to your own permanents (and grow your graveyard with stickered cards), and Roxi's power scales with every stickered permanent and stickered card in your yard, turning her into an evasive flying beater that closes games fast.
Strengths
- Cheap evasive commander that can hit hard with minimal setup since she enters distributing two stickers immediately
- Self-sufficient power source — she grows from your own permanents and graveyard regardless of opponent interaction
- Izzet gives access to the best cantrips, card advantage, and protection in the format
