Siani is a mono-blue flyers commander that wants to deploy evasive threats, swing wide in the air, and use the scry on attack to dig toward more gas while chipping in commander damage. You curve out efficient fliers, protect your board, and grind incremental advantage until your skies overwhelm the table.
