Gameplan
Syr Ginger is a colorless artifact-grindfest commander that grows every time your other artifacts die, so you build a deck full of cheap, sacrificeable artifacts and recursion loops. Turn to turn you flood the board with artifacts, feed them to sacrifice outlets, and use the resulting +1/+1 counters and scrying to assemble a lethal, hexproof beater. You win through repeated value, a fat trampling Syr Ginger, or artifact-based combo finishes enabled by your colorless ramp.
Strengths
