Whenever Tamiyo attacks, investigate. (Create a Clue token. It's an artifact with ", Sacrifice this token: Draw a card.")
When you draw your third card in a turn, exile Tamiyo, then return her to the battlefield transformed under her owner's control.
+2: Until your next turn, whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, it gets -1/-0 until end of turn.
−3: Return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand. If it's a green card, add one mana of any color.
−7: Draw cards equal to half the number of cards in your library, rounded up. You get an emblem with "You have no maximum hand size."
Tamiyo enters as a cheap evasive attacker that investigates each combat, fueling card draw and powering up your engine. Build around drawing your third card each turn to flip her into a planeswalker that recurs your best instants and sorceries (with green mana rebates) and ultimately draws half your deck. You snowball card advantage while protecting yourself, then close with a spell-fueled combo or an overwhelming board.
Lean into cheap cantrips (Ponder, Preordain, Brainstorm, Opt) and draw engines (Mystic Remora, Rhystic Study) to flip her consistently, then add a tight instant/sorcery package worth recurring. Include a compact combo finish—Thassa's Oracle plus her ultimate, or Underworld Breach-style loops—and fast mana like Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, and dorks to deploy and protect her early. Cut high-cost permanents in favor of efficient interaction (Swan Song, Fierce Guardianship, Cyclonic Rift) that her −3 can buy back.
