Gameplan

Build a critical mass of artifacts with powerful activated and triggered abilities, then use Tawnos to double their value—copying everything from extra ETB triggers to game-ending activations. You ramp aggressively with mana rocks, deploy artifact engines, and use Tawnos's haste to immediately threaten activations the turn he lands. The deck snowballs into overwhelming card advantage, mana, or a direct combo kill.

Trim slow value pieces for interaction and consistency to raise the floor and ceiling.
