Indestructible
As long as your devotion to blue is less than five, Thassa isn't a creature. (Each in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1.
: Target creature you control can't be blocked this turn.
Thassa is a resilient mono-blue engine commander: she's an indestructible enchantment that scries every upkeep, smooths draws, pushes a single creature through unblocked, and only attacks once your devotion to blue hits five. Most builds play her as a value/control shell using ETB blink, card advantage, and a single threat you make unblockable to grind out the table.
Lean into a tight combo finish (Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact) backed by free counterspells like Force of Will, Force of Negation, and Pact of Negation to protect the kill. Add fast mana (Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Sol Ring) and strong cantrips/tutors (Mystical Tutor, Brainstorm, Ponder) so the scry engine consistently assembles the win, and round out interaction with Cyclonic Rift and Mana Drain.
