Whenever you gain life, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. If you have a full party, put three +1/+1 counters on that creature instead.
You build a wide party of class-creatures (Cleric, Rogue, Warrior, Wizard), spread lifelink around with the commander's activated ability, and convert every lifegain trigger into +1/+1 counters—three at a time once you have a full party. You snowball a single attacker or a board of growing threats and close with oversized combat damage.
Add counter and lifegain doublers like Doubling Season, Branching Evolution, and Rhox Faithmender, plus proliferate (Inspiring Call, Evolution Sage) to multiply payoffs. Prioritize cheap repeatable lifegain (Soul Warden, Auriok Champion, Heliod) and protect your key creature with Heroic Intervention's white analogs like Flawless Maneuver and Teferi's Protection.
