Gameplan

You're a UW suspend-and-tempo deck built around connecting with The Eleventh Doctor in combat to free-suspend cards from hand at a discount, then cashing in those suspended spells for big swings. Each hit lets you stash a creature, planeswalker, or bomb under time counters that ticks down and casts for free later, while the {2} unblockable ability keeps your small evasive threats (and the Doctor with a Doctor's companion) connecting. You snowball card advantage and free spells until you bury opponents in value or assemble a suspend-fueled engine.

Strengths

  • Generates real free-spell value every time the Doctor connects, effectively casting bombs at zero mana later
  • Built-in evasion enabler ({2} unblockable) lets you reliably trigger the combat ability and push small attackers
  • UW gives access to premium protection, board wipes, blink, and time/suspend synergy support

Upgrade Path

Add more evasion and protection (Rogue's Passage, swiftfoot/lightning-style boots, Whispersilk Cloak) so the Doctor connects every turn, and lean into counter manipulation with Proliferate effects and extra-upkeep enablers like Paradox Haze. Stuff the deck with high-impact cards worth suspending (powerful planeswalkers, bombs, extra-turn spells) and free-cast engines like As Foretold and Jhoira. Round it out with a UW control suite—Swords to Plowshares, Cyclonic Rift, counterspells—to survive long enough for the suspend engine to take over.
