Council's dilemma — Whenever Tivit enters or deals combat damage to a player, starting with you, each player votes for evidence or bribery. For each evidence vote, investigate. For each bribery vote, create a Treasure token.
While voting, you may vote an additional time. (The votes can be for different choices or for the same choice.)
Cast Tivit, vote for value, and snowball Clue and Treasure tokens every time it enters or connects in combat. Use the tokens to fuel artifact synergies, ramp into game-ending spells, and protect Tivit with ward while you grind toward a control or combo finish. You always get the most votes, so every council's dilemma trigger massively favors you.
Add fast mana (Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox) and strong tutors (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Mystical Tutor) to assemble Time Sieve loops faster. Lean into token doublers and free blink effects like Ghostly Flicker with Dramatic Reversal-style mana to retrigger Tivit, and tighten the manabase with fetches, shocks, and duals. Prioritize compact two-card combos so the deck doesn't rely solely on slow incremental value.
