Gameplan
Uyo is a mono-blue spell-copy engine: cast a powerful instant or sorcery, then bounce two lands to copy it (sometimes repeatedly) for value or a lethal effect. You ramp and untap lands to fuel the activation cost, protect Uyo, and chain copies of big draw, bounce, or damage spells until you bury the table or assemble an infinite loop. The deck plays as a controlling spellslinger that converts one good spell into many.

Improve consistency with tutors (Mystical Tutor, Personal Tutor, Merchant Scroll) and fast mana (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, mana rocks), and tighten the wincon by building toward a deterministic copy loop with Mystic Sanctuary recursion. Protect Uyo with counters and bounce-yourself tricks, and trim raw value spells for tighter interaction.
