You ramp Verazol out big, then chain kicked spells to generate overwhelming card advantage, removal, or token armies, replenishing counters with proliferate and more big spells.
Add more proliferate and counter doublers (Doubling Season, Hardened Scales, Inexorable Tide) to keep Verazol copying every turn, and prioritize high-impact kicker spells that scale when copied. Improve ramp (Sol Ring, Simic signets, mana dorks) to deploy a large Verazol early, and add commander protection like Lightning Greaves and Heroic Intervention to keep the engine online.
