Vulture is a Villain typal commander that turns a board of evasive threats into a flying army. Develop Villains, pressure with evasion, and protect your fliers behind blue/black interaction. When Vulture attacks, your whole team can come crashing in over the top for big aerial swings.
Lean into the strongest go-wide and protection package: add token doublers, more anthems, and cheap hexproof/haste enablers so Vulture survives and connects. Tighten the manabase with duals and fast mana, add efficient UB interaction (Counterspell, Swords-style removal, Toxic Deluge insurance), and include a few non-Villain finishers or token generators since the tribe is currently thin. Card advantage engines like Phyrexian Arena or Esper Sentinel keep the army refueled through wraths.
