Why is this card good?
Ancient Copper Dragon is one of the best payoffs in any deck that can give it haste or evasion-protect it for a single swing. A 5/5 flyer for six is fine on rate, but the d20 roll is the draw: even a bad result nets you ~5 Treasures, and a good one can dump 15-20 Treasures into your lap, instantly catapulting you toward a huge follow-up turn.
This thrives in big-mana red and ramp/Treasure decks — think Prosper, Tymna+Treasures, or any deck built to convert mana into an explosive finish. It's also gold in spellslinger or X-spell shells that want a sudden mountain of mana. Pair it with haste enablers (Lightning Greaves, Fervor) or double-strike to double the roll.
Don't run it as a generic beater hoping it connects naturally — if you can't reliably get the hit in (haste, unblockable, or a clear board), it's just an overcosted dragon. It also wants you to have a payoff for all that ramp; otherwise the Treasures fizzle.
