Flying
Whenever Blim deals combat damage to a player, that player gains control of target permanent you control. Then each player loses life and discards cards equal to the number of permanents they control but don't own.
Connect with Blim's evil flying body, then donate your nastiest permanents to opponents so the second ability forces them to bleed life and discard for every permanent they control but don't own. You stockpile cursed and downside permanents (or Illusions of Grandeur–style enchantments), shove them onto the table in front of opponents, and turn donation into a recurring life-loss and hand-shredding engine that closes games fast.
Add more reliable donation enablers (Harmless Offering, Bazaar Trader, Puca's Mischief) and a critical mass of high-permanent-count gifts like token engines and Akroan Horse to maximize the counting clause. Improve evasion and protection for Blim — Whispersilk Cloak, Rogue's Passage, Lightning Greaves — and include recursion (Sun Titan, Feldon) so the engine survives removal. Push toward a combo finish by donating Illusions of Grandeur or pairing repeatable damage doublers with the drain trigger for one-shot kills.
