Haktos attacks each combat if able.
As Haktos enters, choose 2, 3, or 4 at random.
Haktos has protection from each mana value other than the chosen number.
Haktos is a 4-mana 8/8 Voltron beater that's nearly unkillable—he has protection from every mana value except one randomly chosen number (2, 3, or 4), so most removal, blockers, and combat tricks simply can't touch him. You ramp out Haktos, load him with evasion and a couple buffs, and connect for commander damage over two or three swings while your opponents struggle to interact.
Prioritize unconditional evasion (Rogue's Passage, Whispersilk Cloak) and double strike (Embercleave, Grappling Hook) so Haktos kills in two hits regardless of his chosen number. Add protection redundancy like Lightning Greaves and Champion's Helm to cover the single mana value that can still remove him, then tighten the mana base with fast rocks (Arcane Signet, Boros Signet) and dual lands to consistently deploy and suit him up by turn 4-5. Round out with reach via Sunforger and burn so you aren't fully reliant on combat.
